Question : Where is my data stored?
Answer : On www.123-online-management.com, each organization is provided with a private database in Microsoft SQL server with personalized sub domain. If you purchase Our Product for installation at your organization, you must also have Microsoft SQL Server and Cold Fusion.

Question : Can data from my current system be converted to Our Product?
Answer : YES. We can convert your data for a reasonable price.

Question : Am I able to access my database directly?
Answer : When using Our Product, we do not allow direct access to databases for security reasons. We can send you the latest backup version of your data on CD. If you purchase Our Product for installation at your organization, then you have access to your database.

Question : How fast can I get started?
Answer : Assuming no data conversion, we can have you up and running within 48 hours after we receive payment.

Question : What type of Internet connection is necessary to use Our Product?
Answer : Ideal connection speed for top performance is 128k ISDN or cable modem high speed, but the system is still very functional at 56k dial-up access.

Question : Can I add additional users at a later date?
Answer : Of course. New users may be added at any time.
